EURO S.E.I. was founded to supply customers who are leaders in their fields of production with a procurement and outsourcing service to make their purchasing more efficient and effective, letting them streamline their business and and get them more added value.

This involves:

- letting EURO S.E.I. handle all purchasing of non-strategic parts (80% of all purchases, equal to 20% of purchases in terms of worth);

- reducing the number of suppliers and standardising payment terms;

- redirecting internal resources to activities related to specific products for core business (20% of all purchases, equal to 80% of purchases in terms of worth).
